God's Vision Ministries hosted a free community health. Volunteers from various agencies provided their services to educate the community on various issues. Offered to the public was blood pressure screenings, diabetes screening, education on the following: HIV & AIDS prevention, WIC, pregnancy prevention, pregnancy care, lupus, fire safety and effects of violence. We were pleased to have the Rochester Fire Department and the Rochester Mounted Police as part of our health fair. GVM would like to thank all of the volunteers that participated - you were truly a blessing to the community. We would also like to thank Lt. Donna Kuarycz of the Rochester Fire Department for arranging the fire trucks and Deputy Chief James Sheppard for arranging the mounted police - they were both a big hit to those that were there. Thanks again to EVERYONE that participated and I pray we'll see you next year at our next health fair.
